Ms. Muckerman joined the Environmental Health & Safety Office in October 2013 as a Training and Outreach Coordinator. In this role, she was responsible for the day to day management of the EHS training program, and handled training related questions and concerns from registrants, EHS staff, and EHS partners. Meredith was also responsible for publicizing the trainings and various events offered by EHS to the greater Mason community.
As of August 2015, Meredith took on a new position, Communications & Technology Manager with Safety, Emergency, & Enterprise Risk Management (SEERM), which includes both EHS and the Office of Risk Management (ORM). In this role, Meredith continues to support the EHS and now ORM training programs, develops communications and outreach materials, data, and document management for SEERM.
Prior to joining EHS, Meredith worked as a trainer and customer service representative with the National 4-H Council in Chevy Chase, MD. Meredith earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Photography from the Savannah College of Art & Design in 2009.
