On July 26th and July 31st the EOG will hold tabletop exercises that will focus on how the university responds to communicable disease outbreaks that occur on campus. This exercise will utilize the university’s Communicable Disease Plan and draw from the Communicable Disease seminar held on May 8th with Princeton University’s Director of Environmental Health and Safety. Two sessions are being offered to accommodate EOG member schedules. Each member of your unit’s EOG team should register for one session. You do not need to all attend the same session.
July 26th, Wednesday, 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., EOC Police and Safety Headquarters Room 230
OR
July 31st, Monday, 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., EOC Police and Safety Headquarters Room 230
This exercise will take approximately two hours. Please come prepared with your laptop and other resources that you deem necessary to facilitate your unit’s response to a hypothetical infectious disease event. Exercise materials will be made available in advance of the exercise.
EOG Members that ordered EOG polo shirts will receive their shirts at the exercise and all EOG members will receive a university ID that identifies you as emergency response personnel. This ID will not replace your university ID, it is supplemental to your current ID.
